CAP Construction is a family owned and operated residential construction company with 20+ years of experience.  The owner is personally involved in every project and is on each site daily.   As such, we limit the annual number of projects that we build and or renovate.  This allows CAP Construction to ensure exceptional quality and execution on every project.  
As you embark on the journey of building a new home or remodel, there are a plethora of common fears: costs of construction, quality and precision, communication, and unexpected delays. We guide you through those concerns from our first meeting together.
